1. Submit your account information. 2.Go to the nearest Surplus Warehouse store location with proof of landlord association membership or multiple rental/lease properties. 3. The manager on duty will take just a minute to confirm your account. 4. Present your ID any time you make a purchase to receive the discount. Once you are an active member of the Surplus Warehouse Landlord Program simply present your ID and request the discount. As a member, you will also receive notification of special buys and items of interest via of 'Deal-E-lert' emails.
